If for any reason you are not satisfied with you online order you can return the pieces in the box you received for exchange only. Due to hygiene reasons, bottoms (underwear) cannot be returned. Intimates eligible for return must be in their original state; unworn, undamaged and with their labels and original packaging attached. Intimates may be refused for exchange when not in acceptable condition.

Please follow our washing and care instructions. Meg Alexandra does not take any responsibility for garments that are ruined or damaged due to poor care in washing and handling.
If you would like to place a return for an exchange please get in touch via ‘Contact Us’ or at megalexandradesigns@gmail.com within the first 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note that the return shipping costs back to Meg Alexandra is at the expense of the customer. Meg Alexandra will cover the shipping costs back to the customer. Meg Alexandra reserve the right to present the customer with a credit note or the choice of another product of equal or lesser value.
