If for any reason you are not satisfied with you online order you can return the pieces in the box you received for exchange only. Due to hygiene reasons, bottoms (underwear) cannot be returned. Intimates eligible for return must be in their original state; unworn, undamaged and with their labels and original packaging attached. Intimates may be refused for exchange when not in acceptable condition.

If you would like to place a return for an exchange please get in touch via ‘Contact Us’ or at info@megalexandradesigns.com within the first 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note that the return shipping costs back to Meg Alexandra is at the expense of the customer. Meg Alexandra will cover the shipping costs back to the customer. Meg Alexandra reserves the right to present the customer with a credit note or the choice of another product of equal or lesser value.

Our intimates are designed in Sydney for everyday wear and are the perfect combination of style, comfort and support, whilst taking a stand in addressing the problem that is global waste.

Our size range caters for sizes AUS 6-16 with cup sizes catering for A-E and we are looking to expand this further. With our available sizes for underwire bras, we have moved away from the ‘small, medium, large’ size ranges as they only cater for specific body shapes and sizes. The ‘small, medium, large’ size ranges follow a ‘one size fits all’ aphorism, which just isn't the case for female bodies, especially female busts. Women shouldn't feel that they need to ‘fit into’ bras, rather bras should cater and compliment the female body. By having both band size and cup size available, Meg Alexandra’s bras are a customised fit. Meg Alexandra strives to make this the new normal and what is expected in the industry.

All Meg Alexandra intimates are made ethically and sustainably with respecting the planet in front of mind. Our intimates are designed in Sydney and are hand made in China.

Meg Alexandra is what is called ‘slow fashion’ as opposed to the fast fashion industry. I, Meg, was motivated to create a brand that deliberately produces small batch collections of intimates, instead of chasing trends. We offer FREE shipping in Australia which generally takes 4-6 business days. We also offer express shipping which takes 2-4 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
